As a Senior Production Planner based in Taipei, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a fast-growing supply chain operation. Your exceptional customer support and meticulous planning skills will be essential to maintaining our commitment to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to our continued success and expansion in the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, QA, and Engineering teams, providing exceptional support and maintaining effective communication channels.
Manage planning operations with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to achieve on-time delivery targets.
Analyze and monitor backlog order fulfillment and Work in Progress (WIP) movement, taking proactive steps to resolve supply/demand gaps.
Engage with manufacturing suppliers to ensure clear understanding of capacity requirements and manage potential bottlenecks and risks.
Provide support for new product launches, contributing to the development of manufacturing strategies such as multi-sourcing, offloads, and factory qualifications.
Ensure consistency between system inventory reports and CMs' inventory reports.
Responsible for ERP maintenance related to supply planning activities.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Supply Chain, including Assembly and Test Supply Planning, Data analytics, and Manufacturing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
Proficiency in ERP systems, ensuring accurate and efficient supply planning processes.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
