WHY BOX NEEDS YOU Box is disrupting a $45B market. We are at a time of incredible growth and have a huge opportunity to expand our partner sales business within the Australia/New Zealand region. We are seeking a Senior Partner Sales Account Executive to lead our partner sales efforts in the Australia and New Zealand region. We are looking for an experienced SaaS seller who can balance strategic and tactical objectives, working to further develop our relationships with key Systems Integrators. We are looking for this seller to continue developing net new channel partners, while driving our core differentiators in the ANZ market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Building and maintaining the Systems Integrators programs and partnerships within the Australia and New Zealand market
Bridging the connection between our ANZ partners and the direct sales team
Identify, target, and recruit key regional Systems Integrators
Expand existing relationships and enable our existing partners by developing go-to-market strategies that are executed in the field
Facilitate, develop and manage sales enablement and training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet regional revenue objectives
Qualify, structure, negotiate and close deals (predominately with Enterprise Sales) that focus on user acquisition and revenue
Track pipeline and close deals for specific agreed upon revenue goals
Demonstrate Box's value proposition to the partners' Executive, Sales, and Technical teams to drive continued partner success
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years experience in driving high value SI (or more broad Partner) programs for SaaS or Enterprise software companies
Experience building partner ecosystems within the Salesforce environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated track record of successful quota attainment in a commissioned sales role
Experience working with partners, channel, and integrators to build strategic programs that drive demand and sales
Excellent track record in defining and aligning channel partner / sales strategies and programs to maximize reseller retention and revenue performance
