Product Manager, Core Security

With cyber threats on the rise, IT security teams need to ensure such sensitive information is not leaked from their Box instance. That’s why Box has security at its core. Core Security products at Box are focused on securing user, content and device for all of our customers. As the Core Security team is continuously growing and expanding, we are looking for someone that has strong affinity towards content security to lead this area in Core Security. You will partner with the engineering and design teams based at our Warsaw office, and work closely with product marketing, business development, customer success, solution engineering and more cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and execute on the vision. WHAT YOU'LL DO  Conduct market research, customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and help develop product strategy Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria by working closely with Product and Engineering Leads Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable customer value Measure results and iterate on features with a keen eye towards driving metrics that matter  Collaborate with GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Service, etc. to effectively communicate product messaging to customers, identify high-vale use cases, and explore new product opportunities Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team Percentage of time spent: 40% Creating and iterating on requirements & mockups. Working with engineers on sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming and design reviews 20% Interacting with customers, sales, solution engineers, customer success, professional service, product support, etc. 20% GTM activities such as release management, documentation, collaterals creation, etc. 10% Market research, competitive research 10% Analyzing metrics   WHO YOU ARE  2+ years as software product manager, solution delivery manager, deployment strategist, or project manager Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields Capable of leading and motivating a team of engineers in a challenging, dynamic and global environment Comfortable negotiating technical requirements and dependencies across the technical stack  Effective communication with all types of audiences, developers, procurement, or executives Must speak English proficiently Experience of building or deploying SaaS products, especially Information Security products such as watermarking, data leak prevention, etc., is a plus BENEFITS  Please check a short summary of the main benefits available for all Box employees in Poland:  Benefits One Pager - Poland .
