With cyber threats on the rise, IT security teams need to ensure such sensitive information is not leaked from their Box instance. That’s why Box has security at its core. Core Security products at Box are focused on securing user, content and device for all of our customers. As the team is continuously growing and expanding, we are seeking a product leader to take the lead in this critical area for Box. As Group Product Manager, Core Security, you are a player-coach - you’ll manage the Core Security product team and cover a sub-area of Core Security products. You’ll lead your team to define product strategy and roadmap, manage product requirements, and ensure successful product releases to the market. WHAT YOU'LL DO  Manage and develop a team of product managers Shape strategy and drive execution for Box’s Core Security products Establish shared vision by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution Conduct market research, customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable value Collaborate with GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, Professional Service, etc. to effectively communicate product messaging to customers, identify high-value use cases, and explore new product opportunities Work closely with Analytics to define metrics, track adoption and usage, identify gaps, and make data-informed decisions Work with Business Development to identify opportunities to accelerate business, such as integration with technical partners, acquisition of new technologies, etc. WHO YOU ARE  6+ years of experience as a product manager, with 2+ years managing SaaS products. Experience managing security products such as identity & access management, endpoint security, data leak prevention, etc. is a plus 2+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields Proficient technical understanding. Experience working with data scientists and ML engineers is a plus Effective communication with all types of audiences, developers, customer success, or executives Head-over-heels about this role — but not sure you meet all the requirements?
