As a Product Data Intelligence Manager at Dexterity, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tools that allow us to make data-driven decisions about our deployed systems. You will work closely with the Product Operations, Product, and Engineering groups in order to deliver this charter. In addition, your work will support the Product team in feature roadmaps to ensure the value of the product is understood clearly by current and future customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing product performance insights that help drive prioritization of product feature development and/or design changes to improve product capabilities. You will also assist in the creation and improvement of standardized metrics, metrics reporting and dashboards that will be used to monitor product performance. This information will be used to validate product capabilities. Expanding responsibilities to include a partnership with the Product team to develop a product intelligence platform that demonstrates a strategic alignment to the ambitions outlined in the job description and a forward-thinking approach. This expanded scope enables the position to have a more significant impact on Dexterity's data-driven decision making process and overall customer experience success. Day to Day Activities: Provide timely data insights to internal and external stakeholders. Perform in-production product analysis to assess the need for any requested changes as well as their poten in tial impact. Undertake exploratory data analysis by understanding what data exists, importing it, cleaning it, and asking tons of questions. Support product teams in their product decisions using quantitative data to inform the next steps. Create metrics, or use existing ones, and monitor them to evaluate if the product direction is meeting customer needs and providing clear ROI understanding. Measure and monitor product performance and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders Serve as resident expert on robot metrics and customer operations data Understand changes in metrics and support root cause analysis. Using the root cause analysis, support directional efforts to resolve issues or understand positive impactors. Gather insights from the customer on what metrics are important and create reporting that assist the customer in realizing product performance and product benefits. Drive adoption of defined data analytics techniques to enhance product intelligence capabilities. Desired Skills As an analytics professional, you must think creatively when tasked with finding solutions to complex issues. The ability to share information with colleagues in an effective manner, to take feedback gracefully, and use collaborative efforts to improve your work processes. The ability to produce detailed reports by summarizing and presenting your findings. Engage stakeholders and convince them to consider your data-driven insights. Additional Information Travel up to 25%. Must be able to work long hours as needed to complete assigned tasks. Must be able to work directly with customers at times to deliver on tasks.
