As a Sr Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for the development and operations of our compensation programs to ensure that the organization has competitive pay and recognition practices that align with Sierra Space strategic goals. You will be driving compensation projects from design through execution, including modeling, project planning, communicating, and training. You will monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and perform audits on pay and bonuses. You will partner with other HR teams in job evaluation and review job descriptions, market pricing of jobs, and internal leveling.
