This role will project manage strategic, cross-functional projects between web development, web production, creative, content and communications, growth marketing and demand gen, analytics, and more. The web program manager will own projects end-to-end and partner closely with our web lead on large-scale projects that encompass our marketing strategic pillars: grow an iconic brand, dominate the market, and generate pipeline.The ideal candidate for this role is self-driven; able to lead projects on their own; a clear communicator among people of different personalities, cultures, and backgrounds; and loves finding creative solutions to challenging problems. This individual is direct, not afraid to push back to meet deadlines, but takes on every project and interaction in a human-first manner.What You'll Do:Use your understanding of web development, web design, and web production to help identify and weigh in on missing items or milestones in a project.Proactive management of cross-functional projects, delivering on or ahead of schedule while ensuring all business and stakeholder requirements are met with the highest level of quality and proficiency.Define, organize, and monitor project plans and objectives, timelines, and measures of success.Provide project oversight and input throughout every project to ensure deliverables align with overall project and company goals.Monitor project development status and modify plans, scope, schedule to mitigate risk to ensure successful delivery of projects. What You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field of study6+ years of program and/or project management experience1+ years of experience using and managing projects in Adobe WorkfrontWorking knowledge and understanding of principles of web development and web design.Experience managing web initiatives such as website redesigns, microsite launches, and brand campaigns.Ability to work well and keep calm under pressure.Exceptional attention to detail: meticulous, highly organized, and strong task/project management skills.Flexible hours, occasionally, to accommodate a global team.A love for making a difference: the projects you work on help protect more than half of the Fortune 500 and half of the largest healthcare providers.
