Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The Sr. Financial Analyst II will join a fast-paced, growing FP&A team and will primarily support CrowdStrike in S&M financial forecasting and modeling.  The candidate will provide the data and analyses for driving complex financial models to inform decision making by CrowdStrike’s senior management team and support the company-wide planning process. Among other responsibilities in this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with various cross-functional teams within the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Data Analytics. What You'll Do:Drive the financial budgeting and forecasting cycle by partnering with business leaders.Support month-end close activities including budget versus actuals, accruals, and reporting.Manage the commissions forecast including analyzing commissions plans, ramp schedules, and attainment rates.Create and maintain complex financial models (pro forma, scenario-based with sensitivities etc.)Manage and report KPIs through visualizations to executives and cross-functional teamsProactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, to achieve efficiencies and scalability.Ad hoc and special projects.What You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.Minimum of 5-7 years’ progressive experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or Sales Finance; SaaS company is a plus.Superior attention to detail – must display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy in workExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiencesHigh aptitude and excellent analytical skills for complex problem solving and financial modelingClear understanding of GAAP accounting and revenue recognition; SaaS experience a plus.Complete proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Saleforce.com, DOMO or Tableau, Adaptive Insights Planning, and NetSuite ERP a plus.Bonus Points:Technology sector and/or high growth public company experience.Knowledge of SaaS finance and accounting metricsExperience with SQL and/or BI/Visualizations tools.#LI-MJ1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
