This position will be focused on our internal messaging and collaboration systems, operating as a leader and solutions architect for the platforms. In leading the messaging team, you will be responsible for a group of dedicated Mail and Messaging management and engineers who design, implement and oversee all facets of the CrowdStrike email platforms and related technologies. You will be leading the organization through a migration of on-prem systems to fully cloud native solutions and will be integral to successful communications among the rapidly growing team of CrowdStrikers who rely on your technology stack. You will be responsible for driving both your teams and your business partners in the deployment of modern technologies that extend business capabilities.In leading the collaboration space, you will be responsible for your management team, system administrators, and application platform specialists to ensure a high level of performance and stability in our service of a hyper-growth business. You will work across the organization to ensure collaboration services and applications platforms are well designed, meet business needs, and scale with the growth of the organization and rapid change demanded by a dynamically growing organization.The successful candidate will have a solid working knowledge of internal messaging and collaboration systems, how to make the most of the services facilitating the working process, and optimize the way people work. The ability and mindset of automating business processes and platform/system management will be key to the success of the organization. A demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical services, driving change and accelerating business productivity are necessary skills.You will lead by example and will get directly involved leading day to day activities, resource planning, evaluating and deploying new solutions, technologies and products for all employee facing systems.
