Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.Key Responsibilities:Improve/refine existing Sales Programs & Operations reporting policies and proceduresProvide Weekly/Monthly updates and forecast insights to Sales and Sales Operations on key activity within their Sales Team and TheaterLead analysis of business & operational performanceDevelop and oversee processes for effective data analysis and reporting on the relevant metrics and ensure quality output and presentationDesign and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights & recommendations and maintain the KPI Playbook for global consistencySupport weekly and monthly reporting and analytics needs for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectoryAssist in any operational issues with Global Reporting, Forecasting, & Analytics to support our charter of global consistencyCoordinate between peers, key stakeholders, and Theater Ops to help resolve gapsDay-to-Day Activities:Maintain and enhance reports and dashboards to provide visibility of business and operational performance across our KPI PlaybookAdvise and consult Sales and Sales Operations on a regular basis to improve KPIs and adherence to all sales process and policiesCollaborate with extended stakeholders on the areas of reporting & analytics to improve accuracy and concerns with the dataEngage with cross-functional teams to incorporate reporting that is not globally consistent into our standard operating proceduresQualifications:4-8 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Investment Banking, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Business Operations (Sales Analytics preferred)Able to tell a story using data and act as an advocate for data driven decision makingPassionate about cybersecurity industry, software-as-a-service (Saas), and sales excellenceSelf-starter, able to navigate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentHighly motivated, detail-oriented, strong team contributor; able to work independently and cross-functionallyStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets are key tools)Proficiency in Salesforce reporting a plus (able to run reports, build dashboards)Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools a plus (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Proficiency in SQL a plusExperience with Snowflake, Clari, Tableau, DOMO, Quip, Salesforce.com a plusSoft Skills:Creative Ideas, Problem Solver, Questioning the Status-quo, Flexible, Ability to stretchShift Time: 5 PM IST to 2 AM IST#LI-SK1 Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awards with option to participate in ESPP in eligible countriesCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangementsPhysical and mental wellness programs Paid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesAccess to CrowdStrike University, LinkedIn Learning and JhannaOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationBirthday time-off in your local countryWork with people who are passionate in our mission and Great Place to Work certified across Asia PacificWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
