Both companies have earned numerous honors and top rankings for our technologies, organizations and people – combining to create a unique culture and a high-performing, collaborative team pushing boundaries and revolutionizing the security industry. As a Principal Consultant on the Falcon LogScale Services team, you’ll lead teams and be the face of Falcon LogScale for new and existing customers. You’ll spearhead key efforts and become a trusted advisor to customers by answering technical questions, demonstrating Falcon LogScale's capabilities, and laying out a technical vision of Falcon LogScale and a roadmap for customers to follow. Working alongside Falcon LogScale engineers and other cross functional teams, you’ll be a critical part of operationalizing customer environments. You’ll work with the customer as they discover what Falcon LogScale can do for them, help expand their use cases, and provide feedback timely to the Falcon LogScale Product Management team. Simultaneously you’ll develop internal relationships to partner with key stakeholders to influence product enhancements that will meet customer needs. What You’ll Do:Lead the design and delivery of LogScale Professional Services offeringsManage the day-to-day operations of LogScale customer project execution both managing teams and getting hands-on with the technologyWork with our Sales team to scope and schedule a new customer projectsAct as a primary contact for coordination of LogScale activities leading all architecture, data ingestion, parsing and content customization activitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party vendors and partners supporting engagementsBuild cross functional relationships within CrowdStrike and communicate effectively at all levels (executive leadership and technical support teams) to solve customer needsAssist LogScale customers with transitioning from their existing log management solution to LogScale What You'll Need:5+ years of experience working with log management/SIEM solutions (Falcon LogScale, Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, LogRhythm, Exabeam Data Lake, etc) in a professional services or similar capacityExperience working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering, and with post-sales handoffsKnowledge of log management skills and best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, parsers, search queries, dashboards, and alertsExperience managing technical deployments, tracking time, and running projects from kickoff to closureKnowledge of cloud deployments hosted in AWS, GCP, and Azure and IT environments, such as active directory services, authentication, networking, data storageExperience developing documentation and transferring knowledge of deployments to customers and internal stakeholdersExperience translating your knowledge of customer requirements and experiences into feedback for product and engineering teamsStrong written and oral communication skills in EnglishOccasional travel may be required (<25%) Nice to haves, but not required:Information Technology community participation (conference speaker, script contributor,…) is highly preferredExperience developing go-to-market strategies including new service offerings and cross-sell/upsell opportunitiesKnowledge of distributed applications hosted in AWS, GCP, and AzureExperience and skills in Linux, Ansible, Kubernetes, and KafkaAutomation experience building scripts in Bash, Python, or other programming languages#LI-Remote#LI-AC1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
