In this role, you will help the team discover creative and scalable ways to solve business challenges and improve our software capabilities and functionality. You will contribute your expertise designing and building first-class automation to meet evolving business requirements. Bring your passion for developing creative salesforce automation solutions to CrowdStrike.What You’ll DoIndependently design, develop, and iteratively improve our Salesforce automation framework with a quality mindsetWrite test automation scripts leveraging Selenium, create test suites, configure & orchestrate test environments/infrastructure and perform test executionDefine the overall test strategy and metrics, develop test plans, and coordinate execution to deliver a high-quality service to the organizationOperate as a member of a scrum team to deliver and manage quality automation to support our DevOps processes aligned to our Sprint cadencePrepare test scenarios, test cases, QA stories, and acceptance criteria, tightly aligned with the developer user stories for the product increment delivered in the sprint.Coach and mentor others on test automation tools and coding practicesWork closely with testing team members, execute test plans, document defects and coordinate with development for resolutionWork with Product Teams to integrate automation tests into the development cycleA change agent for continuous improvement that delivers robust performance testing strategies and methods. Effective at communicating ideas.Maintain the relationships necessary to ensure automation solution is adopted across team members and serves the needs of our businessDrive a continuous improvement mentality toPromote excellent development practices for coded test frameworks, including participating in code reviews and source control managementCoordinate End-to-End testing across different product and domain teamsDesign test automation for Salesforce UI, web services, APIsPartner with development and other team members, provide technical mentorshipDocument and Track test artifacts in appropriate applications – Jira, source-code control (test automation scripts)Maintain tools used in test development, including source control, test management, and release systemsDevelop and maintain requirements traceability matricesCommunicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruptionAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.What You’ll Need3+ years developing/building automation test frameworks and tools3+ years Salesforce experience on Salesforce Service Cloud5+ years of software testing experienceBA/BS degree or equivalent experience in the software testing or development fieldExperience testing APIsStrong proficiency in Selenium, Javascript, Github.
