Job Requisition ID #23WD70233Position OverviewAs a Vendor Coordinator, you will partner with vendor Operations Managers/Team Leads to lead day-to-day operations. You will be responsible to monitor team adherence to achieve desired outcomes and KPI’s, review team case quality, manage escalations from partners/customers or internal stakeholders. You will monitor daily backlog and set priorities for the team to clear the backlog and assist the team to accelerate closures of cases which are stuck due to internal dependencies by collaborating with the internal teams. ResponsibilitiesAssist Client Services Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of Client Services team. Conduct or facilitate team huddles to share and communicate information to the team. Assign tasks, ensure team adherence to tasks schedule and complete online training in a timely manner. Assist Client Services Manager on resource planning and coordinating overtime. Act as Client Services Manager proxy when requiredWork closely with Mission Control to manage incoming case volume and set daily priorities during the MC handover calls between regionsWork with internal teams to execute manual transactions and migration activities associated with system or business changesAnalyse key metrics (KPIs) and review team performance such as case completion and time to completion results. Identify areas and develop action plans where there are opportunities to improve performance. Work with Team Leads in other GEO to influence and drive to improve operation efficiencyCoach Reps to address problems, manage time effectively and prioritize work. Help team to identify issues, recognize problems and learn valuable lessons from mistakes. Able to help team to promptly resolve routine problems but also know when to escalate more complex issues without lapse of time in analysisBe an Autodesk Ambassador in driving Autodesk culture and employee engagement. Demonstrate appreciation of working with diverse cultures and drive diversity and belonging at AutodeskEmbrace global team player mentality and collaborate effectively with peers in all Geos and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with DES, RPA team to drive automation projectsMinimum QualificationsFluent in EnglishExperience in managing teamStrong verbal and written communicationStrong reporting and analytical skills.
