The Autodesk Construction Solutions group is seeking a talented and highly motivated software development manager to develop world-class commercial cloud products that are used by construction companies to increase efficiency and reduce the high amount of waste produced during construction. If you are proficient in cloud web services with modern front ends that solve customer needs, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced team with state-of-the-art technologies, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesYour main role is to manage a high-performing agile team that includes strong developers and support from a dedicated designer and product ownerYou will be working on projects that fill needs in sustainability in constructionYou will work on best practices for developmentYou will be involved with all aspects of software developmentDeveloping with quality and running the service to create and maintain the most reliable, secure, performant, and high throughput service for our customersMaintain a competent level of technical expertise, and be able to roll up your sleeves to codeYou stay on top of new technologies, evaluate which can be useful, and be a proponent and catalyst for bringing them into and improving the development processYou create a culture of continuous improvement in process, ways we work and individual developmentYou actively work to understand impediments and remove blockers from the teamYou support the individualized career development paths and opportunities of your team membersYou will be part of an agile team of smart and highly motivated individuals building world-class cloud software applications and servicesYou will work in a global team and collaborate with local and remote colleagues from various disciplines like business, engineering, operations, support etc.You will work with latest technologies in a flexible environment. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $139,100 and $225,060. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
