As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with prospects, conduct preliminary research, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. Responsibilities Call and educate prospects about ACS (Autodesk Construction Solutions). Your goal is to qualify leads and create pipeline growth Work on different type of leads (demo request, contact me, trial, ebook, webinar) following SLA system Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media platformsConduct thorough research on prospective clients, their industry, and specific needs to tailor your approach effectivelyEngage with potential customers to understand their pain points, challenges, and business objectivesSchedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team to further engage with qualified leadsCollaborate closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, strategies, and messagingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities using our CRM systemProvide feedback to marketing and product teams regarding prospect insights, trends, and market intelligenceMinimum Qualifications Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport and engage prospectsExcellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor your approach accordinglySelf-motivated and driven with a passion for sales and achieving targetsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being independent and proactiveFamiliarity with CRM software and sales productivity toolsYou are results-focused with a past track record of exceeding quotas or other comparable goals You have experience in a sales environment and with inbound leadsMust be fluent in English, German and Dutch About Autodesk Construction Solutions Autodesk has fully reimagined the construction business for the digital age, enabling company/ies to address the most important challenges they face today while preparing for new ways of working in the future.
