VMware will provide reasonable accommodation to employees who have protected disabilities consistent with local law.Your Responsibilities:Accurately review and enter order data as per company requirementsHandle purchase order reconciliation to quote, contract terms and program requirementsAdhere to all compliance guidelines including SOX and export regulationsMaintain all published SLAs for order processing and fulfilmentTackle complex orders and cases, taking appropriate action to provide positive resultsInteract with sales teams, channel partners and numerous internal groups as required to support the order-to-invoice processProvide and follow up on suggestions and ideas that enhance processes, partner experience, and simplicity of operationsSupport collaboration efforts with GEO-counterparts to ensure adequate coverage providedParticipate in projects and initiatives related to quality, data migration, SKU testing and operational efficiencySupport extended hours during month and quarter ends to meet business requirementsDeliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requiresProvide language support in [ insert language] for both written and oral communication (optional)You Need:Excellent written and verbal communication skills3 to 5 years' industry experience in order processing, distribution or invoicing, with specific knowledge of software transactions and general knowledge of revenue recognitionUnderstanding of downstream impacts of order processesAbility and motivation to work efficiently in a multi-task environment, both independently and as part of a teamAbility to identify and resolve issues to effectively process ordersPositive, collaborative approach and sound business insightAbility to work outside of standard office hours as per business requirementsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeGood work ethic and sense of responsibilityYou Preferably Have:Experience in Enterprise SaaS Quote-to-Cash operationsReporting and analytical skillsExperience collaborating on projects and testingProficiency in Oracle or SAPBachelor’s DegreeVMware is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: VMware is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
