The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing in EMEA for VMware Carbon Black.Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? The primary objective of this position is to lead our marketing efforts in the EMEA region.You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth for VMware Carbon Black’s cybersecurity solutions.You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the EMEA region to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for our cybersecurity solutions.You will collaborate with regional sales teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and translate this information into effective marketing programs.What type of work will you be doing? Travel up to 30% of the time meeting for internal events/meetingsYou will work very closely with the sales team to create powerful programs. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape in the EMEA region, a proven track record in B2B marketing, and possesses strong leadership and strategic thinking skillsYou will manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet established marketing KPIsYou will create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, social media, and partner co-marketing initiatives.You will develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership in the cybersecurity space.You will drive demand generation efforts by developing and executing lead generation campaigns, optimizing landing pages, and utilizing marketing automation and CRM systems to track and measure campaign effectiveness.You will monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for marketing optimization and new campaign ideas.You will collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing collateral, thought leadership materials, and sales enablement tools that resonate with the EMEA audience.You will work closely with the global marketing team to ensure regional marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives and brand guidelines.You will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development.What is the leadership like for this role?
