Quality Assurance Engineer

We are well under way to hiring a team of top-notch engineers. Our Platform Team is looking for passionate Quality Assurance Engineers interested in mastering the world of Identity Governance.  As you acquire knowledge of this critical and growing industry, you will employ that to influence the quality and direction of SailPoint products.  You will: Have 1 year of software testing experience, preferably having tested SaaS software. Be a passionate learner of new technology. Pay careful attention to detail. Have the courage required to question design and implementation decisions, and when necessary, to stop the delivery of code while critical issues are resolved. Gain knowledge in the Identity Governance domain, via hands-on learning and formal training sessions. Be responsible for verifying the quality of features added or enhanced within the platform solutions, acting as a customer advocate to ensure that SailPoint offerings are well-designed and easy to use. Participate in planning sessions to learn how to best create test plans for platform solutions. Work with other QA resources to learn best practices for how to test SailPoint products. Have excellent communication skills- English fluency of C1 or higher preferred.  Preferred skills:  Experience testing SaaS applications. Experience working with a distributed team.   Benefits and Perks for Mexico based employees:  SailPoint is committed to providing our Crew Members with a benefits program that is both comprehensive and competitive.
