This individual will report to the Salesforce Application Manager and will be a key team member in a growing and impactful organization as SailPoint continues to scale globally as the industry leader in Identity Security. As the CLM/CPQ Administrator, you will work closely with other members of the Salesforce Admin team to support SailPoint’s Salesforce CPQ/Conga environment and create innovative solutions in a constantly changing business environment. Come make your mark in a high energy environment at one of the most consistently highest rated “best places to work” in Austin over the past 10 years!This position is remote-friendly or can be based in our office in Austin, Texas.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the development of Salesforce CPQ and Conga technical solutionsCoordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requestsProactively collaborate with sales team to solicit feedback and improve or create processes/procedures as needed to boost productivityGather business requirements and design high quality solutions in Salesforce via custom objects, custom fields, flows and processesManage Salesforce CPQ approval rules and assignment processesCreate and maintain products, product rules and configurationsCreate and maintain Conga workflows for document generationGain a deep understanding of our CPQ/CLM setup and our sales processes to provide support and training to sales team and new hiresPerform testing of system enhancements within a test environment and other quality assurance tasksEffectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the Salesforce Admin teamProvide day-to-day support to our 1000+ internal Salesforce users, prioritizing and troubleshooting problems impacting CPQ or CongaManage profiles, permission sets and licenses for CPQ/CLMResponsible for data hygiene, and identifying and resolving data inaccuracies within our systems Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce administratorBachelor’s degree in related discipline and/or appropriate certificationsPreferred certifications include: Salesforce Administrator (ADM201), CPQ Specialist, Conga CLMPrevious experience working directly with leaders and users from strategic sales and account managementExcellent project management skills and a positive attitudeDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwardsCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsMust demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to assess new requirements and the impact on upstream and downstream applications, systems and processesProven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoptionStrong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexityStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalityStrong data management skillsA demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirementsSailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
