Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:POSITION SUMMARYThe Intake Specialist is responsible for connecting with our clients as the first point of contact, capturing the general scope of their financial situation, and transitioning them to a Financial Consultant to help find the product that best fits their needs.● Screen all potential new clients and schedule initial consultations● Take warm inbound calls for clients.● Conduct in-depth meetings over the phone with potential new clients● Oversee client onboarding process to the sales team● Follow up with new clients who did not engage the firm and ensure they can reach out to us when they are ready.● Update the Firm’s databases, reports, and spreadsheets for tracking incoming calls, qualified leads, consultations, and other key metrics.● Manage and qualify incoming leads for Financial Consultants● Complete all other tasks as assigned by the management teamMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)● High-energy, self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts in an extremelyfast-paced environment.● Technical aptitude and attention to detail are paramount● Ability to input notes from each client interaction● Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills● Prioritize, time management, and organizational skills● Must be accustomed to high standards, able to follow procedures, and able to adhere to well-defined policies.● A dependable self-starter who is able to think critically, and problem solver.What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
