Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Completing the training process and procedure documents upon acquisition of training materials and job aidsIdentify training timelines and develop training curriculum inclusive of training assessment and certificationHosts Train-the-Trainer sessions with training class POCsEnsuring all parked questions during training are communicated to the clients for resolutionObserve pilot classes and continuously communicate barriers and success to implementation manager up to 60th day in productionWorks with the Implementation Manager in making sure that implementation deliverables are met as scheduledAttends training meetings with the client to collect program information and understand process flows to be used in curriculum developmentKnowledge Base MaintenanceConduct class visits and observations with launching programs depending on availabilityAssists the Implementation Manager in making sure that post implementation training concerns are attended in a timely manner. Post implementation is from Live date up to 60-days in ProductionReport and escalate implementation concerns as neededDevelop and cultivate partnership with clients, accounts and account managementHandle day to day issues and ensure that these are worked on together with the concerned departmentPerform User Acceptance Testing and credential requestsEnsures weekly Program Mastery Assessments are in place effective week 2 of going live up to 60th day in productionConducts feedback sessions with the pilot classesTrain classes (as necessary)Ideal Candidates HaveAt least 5 years of working experience in the related field is preferred but not requiredSuperior communication skills, oral and writtenDemonstrated experience in training and curriculum designKnowledge of operation of computer based training systems, PC, TV/DVD, and multi-media projectors for facilitation purposesComputer literacy with MS Office applications -- PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook, Moviemaker, etcStrong presentation skills and superior in establishing working relationships with both internal and external customersExperience in developing training materialsSolid research skills and instructional savvy to create clear and effective instructional contentMust be able to demonstrate the ability to exercise good judgment and make sound business decisionsMust be able to handle multiple and shifting prioritiesMust possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skillsMust be team-orientedWilling to work varied hours and days as neededMust be able to maintain confidentiality and has a strong sense of integrity training timelines and curriculumMust be okay with working onsite and working at homeBPO Experience is required (specializes in Training & Development in a contact center setting) What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
