You will coach and inspire others, design scalable processes, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners. Your attention to process-driven growth, paired with your ability to motivate others, will be critical in helping drive qualified opportunities at the top of our sales funnel.The successful candidate will be someone who relishes the opportunity to build an organization and its processes from scratch, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and is adaptable to changing conditions at a growing company. This role will be remote with up to 10% travel to our New York City headquarters. ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the top-of-funnel ICP, in partnership with the Marketing team Audit and optimize the quality of leads mined for the SDR team in partnership with Marketing Operations Develop always-on outbound campaigns Hire, train, and continuously coach/ mentor members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunitiesProvide the Demand Gen team with real-time feedback on MQLs and campaignsPartner with the Sales Executive team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes and to identify areas of improvement for the SDR TeamsWork in collaboration with Content and Marketing Program Managers to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline opportunitiesAccurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment goals Knowledge, Skills, Experience7+ years of business development, strategy development, or sales management experience at a leadership level; preferably in the BPO IndustryManagement experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of direct reportsAbility to execute on and motivate a team around growth and sales targetsExperience as a sales trainer preferredExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsIn-depth knowledge of call center operations, products, services, and knowledge of financial services industryPrepared to go the extra mile and get the job doneWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
