Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:● Manage assigned client workflow daily using system reports and queues to ensure client SLAs are met● Respond in a timely manner to inbound inquiries from clients and consumers by phone, email and chat● Provide online assistance to clients through Live Chat platform● Exhibit empathy, understanding, and acknowledgement when communicating with clients and consumers● Intake of consumer dispute information, including timely escalation to management● Regular review of assigned accounts to ensure all client data is current in database● Monitor file documents to ensure clients are using compliant and current documents● Work with other departments to troubleshoot delayed reports● Notify clients of legal requirements and Profiles’ policies at manager’s direction ● Monitor CS queue and moving to appropriate recipient● Assist in the resolution of customer and consumer complaints● Embody the corporate core values● Always represent the company in a professional manner● Additional tasks and/or projects as assigned by manager .Requirements: Skills/Knowledge:● Customer focused● Solutions Oriented● Energetic Self Starter● High Attention to Detail● Extremely Organized● Polite, Patient and Professional Demeanor● Excellent Communication Skills● Ability to Prioritize● Strong Technical Aptitude● Teamwork Focused● Excellent Multi-Tasker● Bilingual in SpanishWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
