Position Summary You have technical skills and a passion for learning more about the technology industry. The focus of the assigned project is on innovating, developing, and delivering new solutions in alignment with the Security and Digital Cloud (SDC) portfolio. An Apprentice at F5 will be responsible for technical automation development, task management, and the delivery of status updates to colleagues and leadership. They should be able to handle multiple simultaneous projects. They can manage the collection of product requirements in a holistic manner and aim to meet project goals with both quality and integrity. Responsibilities Develop custom automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem utilizing python scripting, PowerAutomate and additional Microsoft platform solutions. Develop data visualization reports for presenting data analysis perspectives. Create templates for presenting project, milestone, and task data across teams and the entire organization Develop executive reporting requirements Implement standards for service incident data reporting. Provide analytics data to internal cross functional teams and propose product improvements. Provide analytics to support operational and process improvement recommendations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Assist with the development of automated project reports Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptionally organized and data driven. Results focused with a positive can-do attitude. Self-directed/self-motivated. Able to apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems, develop solutions, and manage risk. Demonstrated excellence in all written communications. Ability to manage customer readiness programs and maintain relationships with key accounts along with internal executive teams. Experience with business tools such as the Microsoft 365 Services Suite, including PowerBI, SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS Project. Experience with Ticketing and Communication tools such as Slack, Teams, etc... Familiar with Python as well as Data collection and analytics. Familiar with gathering data via api calls and turning that data in informational reports. Works well in Team Environments Interest in learning new technologies Qualifications Interest in the technology industry, with at least 2 years in a Computer Science program with a 3.5 or above GPA. Experienced in Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.Interest in evolving business process & inter-team workflows. Ability to provide executive level communications (Customer & Internal). Experience in data analysis and presentation of technical and trouble ticket data.
