You will participate in the design and implementation of our edge computing platform that is used to deploy global, scalable and secure applications. Read on!What You’ll Do:Manage production environment by monitoring availability and alerts and promptly remediate any issues that arise in production environmentDesign and deliver infrastructure solutions that will help build, deploy and handle the service components of the platformInvestigate various open source and proprietary technologies, components, libraries, tools etc. and help build a highly available, highly scalable and easily manageable systemDemonstrate technical leadership in multiple domain areas, providing mentorship to other team members as well as partnering with development teams to improve services on an on going basisDemonstrate leadership by taking responsibility and ownership of F5 Cloud Platform software components and deliver a complete product satisfying functional, scale, performance and manageability requirementsHands-on coding in multiple languages while considering performance, scalability, maintainability, flexibility as well as develop tooling, processes to make sure F5 Cloud highly available, scalable and highly performantRemediate security vulnerabilities in our services, platform on regular basis and participate in on-call rotationWhat You’ll Bring:BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in SRE Development/Operations domainExperience with building and designing distributed network control planeAttention to detail, can do attitude and mindset to raise the bar is a mustTechnical confidence and familiarity with DevOps toolsDeep understanding about Linux System.
