Our team is looking for a hands-on leader with experience in building security analytics products. You will participate in the design and implementation of our Bot Analytics data pipeline and user interface dashboard. In this position, you will be the lead involved in design, implementation, deployment, operational management, and debugging of products. What You Will Do: Hire and lead a team of software development engineers while being a hands-on engineer. Build and grow the team as dictated by the priorities of the business. Collaborate with architects and business leaders to understand the requirements for providing security services for the platform, design solutions, and empower as well as enable the team to implement them You will vet various open source and closed source technologies, components, libraries, tools etc. and help build a highly available, highly scalable, and easily manageable system Demonstrate technical leadership in multiple domain areas, providing mentorship to other team members Demonstrate leadership by taking responsibility and ownership of software components and deliver a complete product satisfying functional, scale, performance, and manageability requirements Hands-on coding in multiple languages while considering performance, scalability, maintainability, and flexibility Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering and development experience10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing strategic projects, with 4 years of supervision/team leadership role.Ability to implement all phases of a development cycle for a software product from understanding requirements, going through design, development and deploy phases Hands on experience with multiple computer programming languages such as Golang, Python, NodeJS, Typescript Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies.Experience with Cloud Computing platforms AWS and GCP You should be self-motivated and willing to delve into new areas and take new challenges in an enthusiastic manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal, team building, and mentoring skills Desired Qualifications: Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.Experience with Kubernetes in production use cases and running applications at scale in Kubernetes.Experience in dealing with ambiguity and drive organizational consensus/alignment in a cross-functional and fast-paced team environment.The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
