English and Portuguese fluency required. Success in this role will rely on strong communication, an inquisitive mindset, and a natural affinity to streamline a sales user’s workflow. Objectives in role will focus on improving business processes, extracting data insights from reporting, increasing adoption of sales resources, and promoting an efficient and effective sales user end to end experience. Day to day, this role solves a mix of simple and complex requests through a data-driven lens, presentation, and utilizing analytical sales resources. Works closely with AMR Commercial Ops counterparts on activities required to administrate a successful Sales Process. This position is an internal position and requires minimal travel.  Responsibilities:·        Builds relationships while acting as a business partner to AMR Sales Representatives and Front-line Sales Managers·        Manages or “quarterbacks” requests in the AMR Sales Ops team queue to resolve business tasks or appropriately distribute to the correct teams·        Develops and improves key sales processes to support integrity of commercial data analysis·        Advises business partners on optimal usage of reporting to drive actionable insights·        Proactively understands needs of business partners and takes initiative·        Prepares and communicates advanced analyses to identify drivers and gaps in business·        Conducts key activities required in the annual Quota setting process·        Collaborates with regional and global Comm Ops counterparts on execution of Territory Design·        Owns recurring analyses/models that track sales team resourcing and sizing – make recommendations as appropriate·        Participates in AMR wide projects on process improvement and or system enhancements·        Represents AMR Sales Operations on multiple cross functional activities·        Understands and trains users on suite of Prospecting Tools to accelerate top of funnel sales activity·        Drives adoption of new commercial resources through hosting sales user education, training and on-boarding·        Performs other duties and ad-hoc analysis as required Preferred Experience & Skills:·        Successful track record in Commercial Operations, FP&A, or a related commercial support role preferred·        2-3 years of direct work experience, related industry a plus but not required·        Self-motivated, high drive, curious, and growth-mindset with desire to innovate·        Background supporting various business partners with a focus on analytics and/or operational excellence·        Effectively and concisely communicates complex topics with strong written and verbal communication skills·        Self-guided in identification, prioritization and execution of deliverables and projects.·        Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in team settings, and work independently when required.·        Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills·        Possess an open, flexible, and positive can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver quality work in a timely manner with competing priorities.·        Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office and Outlook and possess an innate ability to navigate through new software applications.
