Good understanding of agile methodologies.Ability to engage with customers to obtain a thorough understanding of business requirements for a system update.Produce comprehensive solution designs (using templates) for development work requested.Some technical skills to access and utilize technical tools use to obtain / manage data and validate processes.Ability to identity the potential impact of a change across all system functions and services to consider all the updates that may be requiredComplete a high-level checkout of new functionality (where applicable) in a non-production environment.
