By joining our GTM team in the Digital Media business, you will have the opportunity to greatly influence Sales Ops strategy with data-driven insights and programs that impact the Adobe Global SMB business. You would be a trusted business advisor and a critical member of our field organizations. The ideal candidate will have a background in data & analytics, data science using AI/ML, and visualization/BI skills while being able to effectively connect with executive leaders to inspire change and measure sales productivity.This role requires a passion for delivering results to the business on the descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics front. The scope will include generating daily/weekly insights into business performance, sales processes, product launches, and Data science modeling such as propensity scores, 'next best actions', etc. Exposure to the sales processes such as Quota and Comp planning, QRF, Outlook, Sales Rep Productivity, Pipeline Health & Forecasts, Cost of Sales, Renewals, Customer Retention, etc, is a huge plus. A high degree of go-to-market understanding of sales processes across regions is desired. This leader is encouraged to take on complex problems in an organized and structured manner, collaborate cross-functionally across teams/time zones, be organized in verbal and written communication, and lead partners effectively. This is not an “order taker” role!What You'll Do Establish as a partner for 'all things' reporting, analytics & data science for the Sales team. Run Sales data and analytics team to establish analytics roadmap on the Azure data platform that delivers analyst and leadership dashboards in Tableau/Power BI. Consolidate business reporting & dashboards across inbound/outbound/chat motions. Get new signals instrumented from various sales systems to deliver insights.Experience in defining Machine Learning driven intelligent insights and developing new sales plays and calls-to-action for business expansion.Be responsible for the reporting and analytics for the weekly RTB (‘Run the Business’) cadence and QBRs, by supervising critical metrics, analyzing the business measures, and reporting on business performance. In addition, identify areas of opportunities for investments and drive growth for Phone sales. Leverage structured thinking and project management expertise to drive strategic projects end to end and present clear data-driven recommendations to the leadership team to drive business growth. Attract key talent, develop a strong team, and bring the best out of all team members. Drive analytical and operational rigor into projects and results. What you need to succeed 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Sales Analytics/Operations within the high-tech industry, software preferred (SAAS). Prior background in consulting would be preferred. Authentic, compassionate, and inspiring leader with demonstrated ability in handling high-performance teams. Ability to develop & nurture talent to drive overall team success. Hands-on experience in business analytics (Data warehouse, data pipelines on AWS/AZURE, Databricks, Tableau/PowerBI dashboard, etc.). Experience/exposure to defining Data Science (AI/ML) driven sales plays are preferred.Hands-on experience with SQL for business analysis and familiarity with data models. Possess a degree of comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or other quantitative fields. MBA or a similar advanced degree is desirable. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong work ethics, ability to tackle complex problems, think independently, and develop recommendations. Ability to relentlessly prioritize, superb execution, and a track record of meeting customer needs and timelines.
