That’s why we’re a leader in next-generation cybersecurity.The RoleReporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketer to make an impact and build a career inside one of the world’s most innovative and fast-growth cybersecurity companies.As the Regional Marketing Manager (MENA), you will work closely with sales leaders and channel partners in the Middle-East & North Africa defining, developing and executing the regional marketing plans, aiming to grow Proofpoint market share in your region.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, communicate and roll-out regional marketing plans based on market maturity.Work closely with the local sales teams, channel partners, as well as with the EMEA marketing management to define and execute effective plans.Create effective lead generation programs, to grow net new sales pipeline for Proofpoint regional teams.Create and execute on an Account-Based marketing plan either through Proofpoint-led and/or 3rd party marketing activities.Drive successful Partner engagement and work closely with your regional channel team to develop Proofpoint channel sales.Plan, roll-out and track Channel marketing campaigns and activities with key partners.Drive and execute programs to foster customer intimacy.Measure and report out on all campaign results and budget management effectiveness and ROI.Manage local resources and budgets efficiently.What you bring to the team:Experience in running regional field marketing, including physical and virtual events, campaign management and channel marketing.Dedicated and ambitious person with an inspiring personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple activities at once.Experience in delivering effective demand generation marketing campaigns and programs through the channel that generate measurable and repeatable resultsPrevious marketing experience from a security company - a significant advantageExcellent organisation and project management skills; Ability to work with multiple customers both internal and external.Customer-focused and results oriented.Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce & Marketo).Competitive analysis and account mapping experience - an advantageMarketing Education and/or BA.Fluency in Arabic and English requiredWilling to travel up to 30% of the timeWhy ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.
