We value the unique experiences and perspectives that each person brings to The Trade Desk, and we are committed to fostering inclusive spaces where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work every day.So, if you are talented, driven, creative, and eager to join a dynamic, globally-connected team, then we want to talk!What you’ll doManage and grow our relationships with premium publishers globally with a focus on Japan. Lead contract negotiations and integrations for new supply partners in JapanEstablish partnerships across the App Developer and App Monetization ecosystem. Become an internet Subject Matter Expert on In-App to educate and evangelize across the Japan In-App ecosystem.  Support internal business commercial teams' questions around SPO, header bidding, SPO, advertiser, and creative guidelines.  Partner with Inventory Team functions, including Inventory Management, Marketplace Quality to roll out global initiatives.Who you areBachelor Degree8+ years of programmatic experience or App Network experience for DSPs, SSPs, data companies, media companies, or other related organizationsDeep understanding of the App Monetization EcosystemDeep understanding of what App Developers are looking for in terms of monetization partners Good knowledge of Publisher Ad Server and Ad Exchanges Have prior hands-on experience working with sell-side partnerships (SSP and AdExchanges). Self-starter able to seek new partnerships or projects and lead a project from start to finishOutstanding problem-solving abilities along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentPersuasive, Eloquent, and Result-DrivenFluency in both Japanese and English The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
