Manage the EMEA Collections team (currently 3 resources in London), setting monthly and quarterly team targets as well as preforming annual appraisals. Continually analyse effectiveness of existing collections strategies and identify new and improved strategies and opportunities.Ensuring that the team are fully utilizing the GetPaid collections software, completing their daily work queues, and meeting productivity expectations.Provide Bad Debt forecasting to the US revenue team assessing the collectability of at-risk accounts.
