You understand how to create and maintain momentum and accountability across multiple stakeholders.What you’ll do:Focusing on driving growth across Tier 1 AccountsBeing a trusted consultant to your clients across all the teams that touch those brands with the aim to accelerate the delivery of their objectivesWork closely with the Trading team to rapidly on board new customersWork closely with Sales to identify ways to grow current accountsBecome an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform and offer insights to clients on how to improve campaignsProvide continual training to clients as new features are added to The Trade DeskWork with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform and any other auxiliary element where synergies can be created (insights, measurement, billing, marketing, innovation)Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guidesWhat you bring to the table:Bachelor's DegreeExtensive advertising experience and client facing experience requiredProven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategiesEffective time management skills – ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesExperience with driving complex projects requiring stakeholders from different disciplines to drive output at paceExpertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimisation platforms is a plusExperience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaignsSolid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data setsOutstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment#LI-DZ1The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
