We also value strong leadership, asking our PMs to take on large, ambitious, and often ambiguous projects that can help extend our lead in the industry.  What You Will Be Doing:   You will be a key member in the team that shapes our critical investments around platform security, regulatory and compliance, privacy, and our ad policy. You’ll be directly accountable for developing our product and application security strategy. You will partner deeply with various teams at TTD with two aims 1) ensure security is everybody’s job and 2) enable the core Cyber Security group to build an industry leading security operation. You’ll need to up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2, and advise the organization on best practices and regulatory requirements.  WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. 7+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years working in information security.  Strong knowledge of global data protection regulations and standards. Builder mentality and strong technical acumen. You’ll be tasked with translating security and privacy issues into product features while also enabling innovation.   Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in product launch and go-to-market strategies.  A profound care and concern for others; teammates, coworkers, direct reports, and most of all our customers. #LI-CP1 Our Compensation and Benefits (for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $133,700 -$245,100In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
