You’ll also provide support with billing and reporting matters on an ongoing basis. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, including partners in international regions such as Europe and Asia. You’re able to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fluid, fast-paced work environment. You have an operational mindset and love diving into details to solve complex business problems. You have an interest in media and advertising technology.What you’ll do:Support operational processes that touch our inventory partners around the globeWork cross-functionally to identify operational pain points and create or improve internal processes/policies to address those pain pointsInvestigate and resolve billing and reporting issues with inventory partners, working closely with relevant members of internal teams, including: Inventory Partnerships, Technical Account Management, Support and FinanceManage day-to-day communications with inventory partners regarding billing and reporting mattersPerform financial and operational analyses to identify risks and opportunities related to The Trade Desk’s inventory partnershipsParticipate in projects and other ad-hoc initiatives as needed to further optimize inventory operational needsWho you are:Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or another quantitative field2-5 years of experience in a business operations, finance or accounting role; relevant media, advertising, or technology industry experience preferredOperational mindsetHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets) and PowerPointExperience working with SQL queriesStrong quantitative abilities, financial aptitude and business acumenComfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environmentStrong verbal and written communications skills#LI-GS1Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $83,000 -$152,100In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
