Join us and help shift mindsets!Your Day to DayAs an Account Executive, CCaaS Overlay, you would be working on:Collaborating -- Work with the sales team and act as a CCaaS subject matter expert to identify and pursue strategic sales opportunists and drive revenue.Engagement -- Leverage your understanding of the personas we’re targeting by providing guidance and support to the sales team and customers.Solution -- Solve problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations and needs; brainstorm with team members to devise solutions and bring complex deals to closure. Execution --  Follow and run a deal cycle in a responsible manner. Meet or exceed KPIs while focusing on quality.Growth -- Play a critical role in conducting product demonstrations and sales meetings with potential clients to showcase the value and benefits of GoTo products. What We’re Looking ForAs an Account Executive, CCaaS Overlay, your background will look like: 3+ years closing sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding bookings targets.Well-organized, attentive to details, and possess clear communication and relationship skills.Coachable, naturally curious, and intrinsically motivated.  Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Sales methodology training and proficiency in Sales CRM tools a plus. 4-year college degree or equivalent experience. You’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team greater than the sum of its parts. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
