Join us and be part of shaping the future of work.Your Day to Day  As a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst, you would be working on: Providing Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including business process configuration, notifications, data transmission (EIB), testing and other troubleshooting supportServing as an advanced subject matter expert and providing consulting services to internal stakeholders regarding Workday HCM best practices in assigned modulesPlaying a lead or support role in ongoing design, configuration and reporting for assigned Workday modules ensuring data integrityProviding post-production support, including researching and resolving Workday problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirementsWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst, your background will look like: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience3+ years with direct Workday support and HRIS experience with configuration expertise in the Benefits module along with (minimum 2 modules): HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Absence Management, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, Security, Reporting & AnalyticsFunctional knowledge of general HCM data management, technical knowledge of EIB data loads and data delivery, and experience with standard testing proceduresExcellent research, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, with a willingness to learn and support multiple modulesAt GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment. Learn more.                       Salary Range:   $85,000 – $112,000 – $141,000The above shows our ranges from minimum, midpoint to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
