If you share our excitement for creating innovative marketing strategies, we'd love to have you join our team.Your Day to Day As a Senior Field Marketing Manager you would be working on:Region and segment strategy -- You will develop and execute marketing plans across a variety of owned and paid tactics to that effectively promote our GoTo Connect and GoTo Contact Center offerings.Pipeline generation and program execution -- You will create and accelerate sales opportunities through region and account-focused marketing execution and manage campaigns that drive qualified pipeline to meet the needs of regional sales teams in the SMB segment.Marketing and sales alignment – You will be an advocate for sales and segment leaders, and reps in North America, selecting programs to meet our shared goals, building feedback loops, and sharing insights across the organization.Cross functional collaboration--- You will collaborate across the organization to execute consistent, compelling, and differentiated to convert our target buyers and expand existing accountsContinuous optimization --- You will be accountable for program metrics and identifying trends and drivers to assess the performance and make recommendations for improvementWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Senior Field Marketing Manager, your background will look like5-7+ years of B2B experience in Marketing with a SaaS company with 3+ years in Field MarketingExemplary communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders’ expectations Excellent project management skills with an eye for detailProven ability to prioritize and multitask in fast paced, dynamic environment At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment. Learn moreAnnual Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 - $132,500The above shows our ranges from minimum, midpoint to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
