If that sounds like something that would excite you too, we’d love to meet you.Your Day to Day As a Senior Content Marketing Manager you would be working on:Content Marketing Strategy --- You will collaborate with Product & Marketing experts to develop a winning content marketing strategy to support campaigns and programs, and ensuring content needs are aligned with target audiences and tactics across the funnel.Content Development --- You will use your expertise to create, execute and edit long-form written assets in support of our ITSG and UCC products, including blogs, eBooks and interactive digital experiences. Will include briefing, outlining, writing, editing, publishing, managing freelance writers, and coordinating stakeholder reviews, as well as working with designers and motion designers to bring content to life.Content Management & Organization --- You’ll serve as the source of truth for available assets, responsible for consistently auditing and keeping track of it all via content calendars, while being prepared to share updates with the wider cross-functional team. You’ll manage your own busy schedule, workflows, and multiple projects while delivering a consistent level of high-quality work.Content Performance --- You’ll be responsible for keeping track of how content (your own and across the org) performs. You’ll be comfortable testing, evaluating, iterating, and optimizing content assets on a consistent basis to drive the results we’re looking for.What We’re Looking For:As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, your background will look like:5+ years of B2B content marketing experience (IT/tech experience a plus)A track record of blog writing, eBooks thought leadership, and other long form content (with samples)Experience leading content strategy and its finer details while showing an ability to understand how assets connect to bigger picture campaign & organizational goalsA superb collaborator, fearless communicator and creative problem-solver with an eye for the smallest details and an eagerness to learn about new technologies and platformsA+ organizational, time management and project management skillsYou’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team greater than the sum of its parts. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
