Basic Qualifications:Enterprise-level experience in data presentation through various bars/charts/models/dashboardsExcellent analytical skills to understand the business needs and design the visualsAbility to interpret complex business requirements to design reports by choosing the right visuals.Able to manipulate and blend data using advanced calculations and statistical functions to develop dashboards and visualizationGood understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalizationWorking knowledge of Tableau and Power BI administration to enforce access controls, permissions and license management.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentEffectively communicates to diverse technical and non-technical audiences, including developers, technical leads, peer architects, delivery owners, business owners, senior leaders, etcPower BI: To create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI.To understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insightsTo perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.To create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations.The ability to drill down data and visualize it in the best possible way through charts, reports, or dashboards.Tableau:Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions.Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues.Drill down reports & Link ReportsAdvanced visualizations like Waterfall charts, Bump Charts & Time seriesKnowledge of Tableau integration in web page / embedding API is a plusTechnical knowledge of Tableau Products including Tableau Server, Tableau Public, Tableau Online, Tableau Desktop, etc.Desirable Qualifications:Certifications in Tableau and Power BISnowflake Expereince is plusExperience working with remote engineering teamsFamiliar with software development and project management frameworksExperience in consulting or developing products and solutions with contact center technologies like Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, Cisco, Avaya, etc.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
