This role requires strength in planning and organizing skills to be successful.What this role isn’t:This isn’t a finance SOX compliance role. Nor is it in IT project management role. This role requires a deep understanding of Sarbanes Oxley and how it impacts the development of best practices for IT related controls.What you’ll bring to the table:In this role, you will need to be a strong communicator, collaborating and building partnerships across all levels of the business. You will lead various stakeholders in understanding project goals and establish plans to meet those goals. A solid background working with IT partners is critical. A successful track record leading the automation of IT general controls is required. Project management should be in your comfort zone. You’ll need strength in development of presentation materials, with a knack for concisely communicating a story through PowerPoint. An intimate knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities will push you above the competition.Some details about what you’ll do:Partner with IT SOX Manager in identification of opportunities to improve IT processes through automation and other methods to achieve effective, efficient controls while standardizing processes across applications.Work in collaboration with IT SOX Manager and IT teams to implement improvements to IT processes benefiting both ITGC controls and impacted stakeholders.Collaborate with IT SOX Team to develop reporting tools and metrics for communication with IT leaders and Corporate SOX TeamCollaborate with other IT teams to deliver projects on time, meeting all requirements without compromising qualityManage quarterly access review process across IT applications, ensuring effectiveness, timeliness and completenessMinimum Requirements:3+ years of experience in project management with exposure to IT SOX complianceLeadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with themStrong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members, management and to explain technical issuesOrganization and time management skills to keep projects on trackAnalytical and problem-solving skills to handle issuesExperience in reviewing and creating analytics dashboards and PowerPoint presentationsExperience working with various back-office systems i.e. ServiceNow, core ERP systems, HCM systems and the data flow from various systems to EPM all a plusAbility to handle many tasks and adapt to the changes while managing deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changeLI-AR1#remoteCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
