This unique position requires good technical expertise and solving problems creatively and effectively. As a Associate Salesforce Developer, you will partner with business stakeholders to analyze current state needs and challenges, be fluent across the entire technology stack, assist with delivery and support responsibility for the platform team, and drive technical priorities.What this role isn’t:This isn’t a role where you are expected to lead a team, but you are expected to work with team members and assist with technical decisions across multiple stakeholders. You will need to jump in and quickly make strategic, actionable, and measurable recommendations.What you’ll bring to the table:In this role, you will need to bring your knowledge and experience in delivering solutions built with Salesforce. You will be able to bring in off-the-shelf technologies and work with internal teams to develop extensions for out of the box solution. This role requires both technical skills and interpersonal skills to be successful.The key emphasis for this position will be to support Corporate CRM, This role will support development of features and enhancements to drive operating efficiency across Sales/ Marketing/ Care/ Finance/ Legal/ Professional Services and other businesses. ResponsibilitiesParticipate in story boarding and solution design sessions. Recommend alternate approaches, define technical impacts, and provide sizing estimates.Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support.Ability to drive things to completion Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challengesBuilding integration components to transition data from local systemsCreate and manage custom objects, fields, and formulaParticipate in the integration process with other enterprise systemsRecommend best practicesPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications/Skills Required and PreferredBachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.2 years development experience in Software development.1+ years of experience developing applications for the Salesforce.com platform1 years of experience supporting Salesforce, including:Salesforce.com administrationReporting toolsData import/export toolsAPI integration / Integration Toolsweb services, SOAP/RESTRecommend, implement, test, and deploy Apex classes and triggersForce.com Developer Certification (DEV 401) / Administrator requiredAdvanced Developer Certification (DEV 501) beneficialExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
