The Analyst is responsible for providing financial and operational support globally. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for PS Operations for resources based across each of our four main regions. The Analyst will be working closely with Finance and operation team to meet the business requirements and goals.Key Responsibilities:Work cross-functionally to drive accelerated RenewalProject Management/Project setupTimesheet ManagementPreparation of Monthly PS Billing/InvoicingProject ClosureReview of employee expense reportsPayment Processing for Sub ContractorPreparation of Sub contractor accrual entries (month-end)Provide support to Sr Analyst with Project profitability and cost analysisWorks with AP on Vendor MaintenancePreparation of various reports to management and teamAssists in day to day operations of the businessProvides Global Support to PS BusinessQualifications / Skills Required and Preferred• 4 to 6 years of general accounting, business or finance related experience• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA is an advantage• High degree of accuracy and reliability in data processing and financial analysis• Ability to work as an individual contributor and within a team environment.• Software, Hi-Tech experience preferred.• Tool / application experience preferred: Microsoft Excel, NetSuite and SFDC• Ability to work under demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and customer service skill#LI-DD1#LI-HybridAbout Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
