As part of a team of highly skilled consultants, you will participate in many different activities, including: Supporting our sales teams, Business Requirements specification and analysis, Technical Design specification, Implementation and Integration of the solution, Test Plan development and Testing.In your role, you will consult with customers and guide them in their Customer Experience Strategy transformation.Key Responsibilities:• Working independently to interface with customers and deliver the entire solution life cycle (requirements analysis, solution design & architecture, implementation and testing).• Be willing to travel internationally, up to 40% (it will probably be less than that)• Interface with other teams, including sales, product development and support.Minimum Requirements:• Relevant experience in the Contact Center or SaaS field.• Strong consulting skills.• Business and customer oriented.• Ability to self-learn new technologies and software solutions.Desirable Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Computer Technology/or related discipline or equivalent professional technical experience.• Practical experience working with Genesys implementations.• Practical experience with Consulting Services or Project Delivery best practices employed in the industry among leading consulting organizations.• Knowledge/interest in the technologies such as Google Dialog flow (or other bots), Amazon Web Services, and Cloud functions.• Experience with software integration into large and complex environments.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
