Lead Pointillist software Projects from definition to successful deliveriesDesign Agile tools and methodologies to organize Product Backlog deliveries to Production and continuously improve themInterface with Pointillist Product Owners and Engineering teams globally to deliver features to ProductionGuide cross-functional teams to successInterface with cross-functional and customer-facing teams to manage key customer deliveries and escalationsAlign engineering resources against priorities Create and deliver data driven reports on what the Engineering team is working on to VPManage risks and issues and take corrective measurementsWhat do you need to be successful?
