You will be working and consulting with our clients in land and expand motion and will be responsible for implementing and delivering on the Experience as a service strategy. Key Responsibilities:Your main responsibilities include consulting and implementing Genesys next-generation customer experience platform and solutions. This includes requirements gathering designing and implementing best practice solutions based on blueprints and use case standards.Minimum Requirements:8 years of consulting experienceThe role requires good interpersonal communication and presentation skills as well as writing skills.
