Your potential is waiting; why are you?Senior Principal Solution ConsultantThe Sr. Principal Solution Consultant position is a professional and self-directed role that must have the ability to function well in a distributed field sales organization.  Strong self-management capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills are required. This person possesses very effective time management skills to manage a multitude of concurrent yet disparate solutions engineering activities and initiatives.  Well-developed communication skills are used to build effective relationships with the Solutions Consultant team, sales and sales management, customers, partners and other internal contacts and organizations throughout the company.QualificationsA passion for technology and helping solve problemsInterpersonal communication, polished verbal and written communicationAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment and able to multitask, prioritize and be detail-orientedShould be able to work independently and with autonomy, leading assessment and technical design of solutions.Have the technological know-how of IT-concepts, software-standards as well as database and networking technologies.Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide strategic, complex and unique solutions for matrixed organizations.Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of work experience, preferred experience implementing or integrating with CRMs and/or software implementation or coding experienceAbility to travel up to 50%Experience working with Cloud or SaaS company preferredCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
