Sub-Regional Delivery Manager, CREWSDescription -Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Manages non-exempt/exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors. Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Plans, manages and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members'work may involve strategic issues. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members. Typically reports to MG2 or Director.Additional guidance/criteria:Manages and controls activities within a single country or a sub-region which is part of a larger geographical Region.Manages at least 4 employees and typically between 8 and 15 direct reports. Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.Responsibilities: Typically manages a team of non-exempt/exempt individual contributors (INT, SPE) and outsourced suppliers that support a large complex site, or multiple moderately complex sites.Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team.Manages and oversees the delivery of specific facilities services at a site or cluster of sites.Plans and monitors operational performance of service providers at respective site(s).Ensures costs are in line with a defined budget and implements cost saving, quality improvement and/or efficiency strategies.Interfaces with local management within a site or small geographic area.Education and Experience Required: First-level university degree; may have advanced university degree.Typically 8-10 years of experience in a facilities related function.Typically 0-2 years of people management experience.Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication skills, including both oral and written forms.Basic knowledge of finance (e.g., income and cost measures) and ability to budget.Ability to measure and manage team performance.Significant real estate experience in at least one area.Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tactical activities, projects, and/or programs.Job -Corporate AdministrationSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
