To invent, and to reinvent.The new Manager of Worldwide Product Marketing for our Consumer Services and Solutions will lead a team of product marketers focused on value prop development, positioning, narrative, messaging, and core content for Instant Ink, HP Plus, and the HP Smart App.In this role, you will lead a transformation in the way we market our services and solutions. Our goal is to create a human way to communicate about our services and make it easy for customers to right fit into the best experience. To be successful you will have to be a strong collaborator and partner cross-functionally with the business unit, regional marketing leaders, insights, Marcom, and Public Relations to deliver the vision.You are a strong people leader, visionary, and influencer who can stitch product, sales, and marketing needs and constraints to deliver on-target narratives that help exceeds company goals. You have a mix of technical savvy with strong storytelling to bring to life state-of-the-art technology to everyday customers. Responsibilities:First and foremost is the leadership and growth of the people on your team to become more effective marketers and drive profitable growth for the business.Synthesizes Insights, competitive intelligence, product usage, and consolidated VOC reports on HP Print Services and Solutions.Defines the customer problem works cross-functionally to ensure product-customer fit. Simplifies persona development and develops buyers graphs to inform marketing content, media, GTM strategy.Sets vision for product naming and branding architecture.Delivers portfolio and product value proposition and user selling proposition.Delivers launch core content, PR briefing docs and product messaging.Provides marketing/brand guidance to global and local Marcom to drive win rates for products and services.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Product Marketing and Brand Marketing6+ years in product marketing or marketing management of three or more peopleProven ability to articulate and communicate vision and narratives.Demonstrated competence at leading and inspiring cross-functional teams to action. Mastery in writing product positioning materials and experience in partnership with marketing and PR on customer messaging.Strong business acumen and experience with deep understanding of product, sales, and marketing constraints.Ability to create and leverage product marketing frameworks to operationalize and drive consistency of narrative and launch deliverables.Aptitude to synthesize data, insights and research to develop business cases to improve customer product fit.Skilled identify market opportunities and articulate competitive differentiators.Successful track record building and managing a team of product marketing manager.HP is an equal opportunity employer:  https://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=c08129225Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
