Group Product Manager - Autonomous Vehicles

NVIDIA is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new autonomous vehicle products, from definition to launch.We are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, with some of the most forward-thinking people on the planet working with us. There has never been a more exciting time to join us!What you will be doing:Lead & grow a team of dedicated product managers working on a variety of autonomous vehicle features.Define a cohesive product vision and experience across all product areas, and align it with leads & the working team.Represent our product status, priorities, and roadmap to both internal & external (partner/customer) executives.Develop the overall product roadmap & top-level metrics to measure product performance, and drive development towards it with the engineering team.Clarify roles & responsibilities and establish processes & standards to ensure productivity & efficiency as the team scales.What we need to see:Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).7+ overall years of product management experience, with 3+ years of experience managing a product team.Experience leading AI-based and/or automotive software products, from inception to launch.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence & drive alignment across executives & large organizations.Able to lead by example with strong individual contributor capabilities.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Background with ADAS, robotaxi, and/or other autonomous vehicle products.Experience working with external partners & customers, notably automotive companies.Experience managing third-party platform products.Background with data analysis, large-scale experimentation, and/or machine learning.Experience maturing products & teams in a high-growth environment.If you're passionate about autonomous vehicles, we would love to hear from you!The base salary range is $196,000 - $368,000.
